Organic Leather

Our organically tanned hides are tanned using only organic materials such as "vegetable tanning" and organic oils. We do not use inorganic acids in the process. If acids are to be used, then we would use only organic acids. But we prefer to tan without any acid even though the process is much longer and expensive.

The vegetables we use for tanning are mainly "Tara" which comes from the seeds of the Tara tree and so there is no depletion of forest. We also use "Mimosa" and "Quebracho" which come from the bark of the trees. These trees are replanted as soon as they are cut down.
