You can create a newsletter archive using this page as an example. Newsletter subscriptions are a good way to generate site traffic and keep in contact with your customers.

You can set the properties which will apply to thumbnails that you will create using Auto Thumbnail, not to thumbnails you have already created. On the Tools menu, click Page Options, and then click the Auto Thumbnail tab. Do one or more of the following:

1. In the Set list, click the option you want to use for specifying a size, then in the Pixels box, enter the value in pixels.

2. Select Border thickness to specify a border, and then in the Pixels box, enter the value in pixels.

3. Click the Beveled edge check box if you want the graphic to be beveled.

There are several ways to build and maintain a mailing list. Some ISPs will limit the number of outgoing emails to reduce spam. You may find that a third-party solution is best. Other web hosts offer email list options. Be sure to research which option will work best for you.

To send a copy of this newsletter, it may be possible to use the Send function in your browser if your mailing list is small and if your ISP permits this activity.

In Internet Explorer open this page. Then click File > Send and then choose if you want to send it as a link or send the whole page to you subscribers. Keep in mind, if you send the whole page, a couple of important things.

1. Some clients may have set their email to no html...so be sure to include the text link at the beginning of your newsletter so they can go to your page.

2. If you have a Flash element in your newsletter many people may not be able to view it if their "ActiveX" is turned off.

3. Size is a factor...if you have lots of images on a page, some clients may not be able to get large emails.
